Loved this place and I will travel out of my way to be back here. Have a new entry to my top burger places. They don't do a lot and nothing fancy other than the fancy burger. And what they do they do very well. We love the double original. Meat cheese and onion. They don't put sauce on the burger. And if you must have sauce you can always buy a tub and put it on yourself later. I knew when we got there this place was going to be good. The air smelt amazing and there were heaps of people waiting for their order. And lists of uber eats pickup's. A place that is popular with the locals has to be good. I was not disappointed and the service was super fast even with how busy they were. Love this burger and I will be travelling back soon this way to get another one
Beautiful Burgers and some of the best fresh & hot chippies I've had! Whilst you cannot eat at Rob's, you can order and enjoy it at work. My coworkers told me this place was highly rated. So I gave it a go! Ordered for lunchtime delivery and the meal arrived on time. The smell is something else! It made everyone jealous at work. The burger is the fancy combo meal with chips. You know they do chips well when even cold they taste perfect. Food arrived hot, I am just a very slow eater. Now Rob's is a new favourite for a cheeky lunch order. Thanks guys! Xxx

first time trying beef in 5 yrs and this was totally worth it. we ordered the fancy single smash burger & the double classic combo. the double classic was the standout, the beef was so tasty and the cheese complimented all the elements so well. the single fancy was surprisingly not my favourite, i found the pickle flavour overpowered that of the burger. the chips were also really good. everything is super fresh & love the martin’s potato roll, will def return in the future.

Always consistently good and delicious!! Best chips in Sydney, freshly made, crunchy and perfectly seasoned everytime. Burgers are amazing too. Worth the 30 min drive when I feel like a burger.
If someone would’ve told me, I had to drive 30 minutes each way in Sydney and then wait for 30 minutes to get what is considered to be one of the best hamburgers in town and then have no place to sit down and eat said hamburger at, I would’ve said they are crazy. I’m here to tell you I would’ve driven twice as far and waited twice as long because it was fantastic! I will definitely be coming back to this place every time I am in Sydney. I have eaten at Sid’s in El Reno Oklahoma and this place is even better at making the Oklahoma onion burger! I went in, thinking I would order the double original and once there, decided to go for it and order the triple. It did not disappoint!
Walked past Eat at RoBs for 5 years but never actually tried it until today. Place was busy at 1pm Saturday lunch with a queue. I ordered a Junior burger combo for $19. The cashier was super friendly and explained it would be about a 15 min wait because they were busy but that was fine, I had a look at some shops next door and made my way back. Sure enough exactly 15 mins later my lunch was ready. No inside seating so I had to find a bus stop bench to eat it. Burger was delicious, smashed patty, perfect char, really beefy flavour. Cheese nicely melted. Fluffy potato bun. Only condiment was tomato sauce. I wonder what it would be like with some American mustard too? Chips were hot, fresh, very crispy and nicely salted. Can of drink was included in the combo. The burger wasn't as greasy as I thought it would be. The portion size was perfect for me. I finished it all but didn't feel uncomfortable afterwards. For the price point of $19 it was bang on. Only suggestion is to stick a copy of your menu on the outside wall so people can decide before they reach the cashier. I was confused by the options and quickly ordered to not hold up the line. I wasn't sure if the Original burger included sauce as it wasn't stated on the menu? The butcher inside sells mince, steaks, sausages and even boerewors. Keen to take home some sausos next time to try.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely delicious burgers! I ordered the smash burger and it was one of the best I’ve had. The beef had a rich, beefy flavor with a perfect sear, and the Martin’s potato roll was soft, fresh, and held everything together perfectly. The sauce complemented the burger really well, and the pickles added just the right amount of tang and crunch. Every bite was full of flavor. Highly recommend Eat at RoBs if you’re looking for a quality smash burger. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Sooo delicious! Juicy, flavourful, yummy patty and cheese - customizable too! They were super friendly and were happy to explain the menu being my first time, thanks for the friendliness ✨ I got the double as the patties are a bit thin but wide, added bacon, smoky bbq sauce and took away the onion. Yum! Will be back 🫠 they also offer chicken. Good portion of fries, although they use chicken salt so if you don’t like that, ask for reg salt :) No tables to dine, as it’s more of a window with a kitchen on the side and is a shared space with a butcher shop that also offers grass fed beef and sausages. 🥩 so a definite take away place.
